dear person,
im 11 and i have three virtual pets.I did have more but i took most of
them back.I first got a gigga,and i lost it but it died even though i
took it to the vr hospital.So dont recamend those.And my gigga wont
turn off the sound and i got it when they first came out.But others you
can.

Subject: Giga Pets
Hi, I'm Julie, and I own a Compu Kitty Giga Pet. I have a question
about it. See, on the score, there is one icon that is health and
weight. It gives a score instead of actual amounts, and mine keeps
going down. I try everything to try to help it, but it won't work. Can
you please help me? If you can't can you give me the address of
someone who will?

Hello,
My Wife and I wanted to know what the virtual pets are all about,
so we bought a Giga Pet for each other. She has the Kitten and
I have the pup.
We have a problem all ready, we have had 1 die all ready on both
of our giga pets and it was in a 24 hour period. The health seems
to go very quickly to the downward side. Can you help us with
any info on the Giga Pets?

My digital doggies health is dropping. When is take it to the vet, it
drops even lower.
My sister tells me that I'm not supposed to play, feed, train, or
dicipline it while it is getting better. Is this true?

i have a microchimp and i keep an eye on it all the time, but i
cant keep its health meter from dropping. i cant stop it so it
always dies within an hour or two.

Dear Sirs,
I recently bought the Giga Pet named Compu Kitty,
at first she was great but now she won't stop crying!
We've tried every thing, food, games, tricks, sleep, vet,
bath,everything is 100% except health which is 28%.
I don't know haw to raise it and need help, soon.

Subject: GigaPet Digital Doggie Health Problem
I have a GigaPet Digital Doggie and its health keeps
going down everytime I check up on it every couple
of minutes. I can get everything else up to 100, but
the health always falls. I take it to the doctor, but that
doesn't help at all. What can I do to keep it healthy?
Is it defective?

Subject: AHHHH!!
hi, i have a "Floppy Frog" Giga Pet. its health always
drops for a reason i can't figure out! i tried taking it to
the doctor, feeding it, playing with it, disciplining it,
bathing it, and giving it naps!! none of them worked. :(

I have a question about the Little Mermaid Giga Pet
... in the 'heart icon' there's a place for hunger, learning,
love, and happiness ... I just started my giga pet around
4 this afternoon, and it just died ... 6 hours later ...
the love ran out and so did the happiness ... I was
wondering if there's a way for me to increase the happiness,
because apparently it didn't rise itself ... I read the directions
also ... but it doesn't say how to increase love ... it just tells
about hunger, happiness, and learning ... if you know
anything about this ... could you PLEASE get back to me?

I wanted to know how to get my giga pet cat's health
higher because, the health on the giga pet cat keeps
going down, and I try alot of different way to get it
back up but it never works. It just keeps going down
lower, and lower, to the point that it just dies. So I

Subject: trans/x alien
Santa brought our daughter a TRANS/X alien and a
gigapet Compu-kitty and we think that the alien is by
far the better pet. It is easy to care for, has a pause
button and just does more. Our daughter is almost 7
and has had no problem caring for her alien. On the
other hand her giga pet is a nightmare. The "wake
up calls" are very annoying and frankly we don't know
what to do with it. I think we have had to restart it 4 or
5 times. It's health continues to decline no matter what
we do. Our daughter was not amused the first time
"Min" turned into an angel.
Cast our vote for Trans/x Alien-
Have to run compu-kitty's beeping...AGAIN!!

Subject: Giga Pet Problem
Hello, I am 10 years old and I have a Virtual Alien, that's a Yoda. Now I
like this Giga Pet, but it keeps on beeping all day, and it always drops my
score by always wanting food or wanting to go to bed. This is a major
problem, and it is driving me crazy. I'm sure that it is a Game Over now.
Not to mention, I have been neglecting it every single hour of the day. I
want to play with my Giga Pet, but it is always sleeping or it is always
hungry. Now I just got it on Christmas day, and what I really asked for was
a Buzz Lightyear GigaPet, but since I said I wanted an Alien they saw
a Yoda and gave it to me. I think Yoda is king of wimpy the way he
sleeps all day, and always wants to sleep. Is there a way that my Yoda
can act better, and if there is please tell and quick so my GigaPet
doesn't always have to die.

Hello,
My name is Tammy.I am very upset as well as disappointed in your
product .We have tried everything possible to keep our giga pet a live. If
you can not find the problem then you need to pull it from the store shelves.
Think of the harm your doing to young children when there pets die. I am a
mother of 3 children ages 13-12-9 and was very upset to the point that I was
in tears when our pet died .We have started it three times in 3 days and have
lost it every time. We treat it just as if it were a real child. If you have
any suggestions on how we can keep it healthy it would be appreciated .In the
mean time until you fix the problem we will not be recommending your product
to anyone

Subject: Giga Pet MicroChimp problems
I can't figure out the best way to keep my pets health up. I have heard that
you aren't supposed to use your discipline button because it makes the health
fail. Are you supposed to take your pet to the vet each day? What time does
my Chimp go to bed? What time is it to wake up? What are the best ways to

Subject: Floppy Frog
Hi! We've got a Floppy Frog that we've had pretty good succes with. It is
now 5 years old. We've just encountered a problem with it this afternoon.
I'm not really sure what or how the kids did this, but now the discipline
is up to 866 and SSLLOOWWLLYY going down every time I check it. The
happiness (happy face sign ) is at 16, but I figure that is because the
discipline is so high. Also, on the screen where the age shows , his
weight is showing as FFFoz! I have no idea how this happened. I'll just
pretty much leave him be, not teach him any tricks and maybe the discipline
will be better in the morning. Any ideas? Thanks for listening! Pat

Subject: Having same trouble with Komputer Koala as posted in your website
Seeing my child cry her eyes out when her first Komputer Koala was more than
I could take. We tried everything with the second one and followed each
instruction. Now, I am taking the 10th one to work and trying to get one to
live more than 36 hours!! I appreciate your help with this product. It
really ticked me off that a sensitive child could get so heartbroken over
this toy when everyone has this same problem. THANKS

I have a giga pet Compu kitty and my brother has a Baby T-rex giga. We've
tried all of your helpful health tips and nothing seems to work!!!!!!!!!!
it takes thehealth up about 2 percent but when i wake up in the morning
Compu-Kittys dead. She wakes up at 6:30-7:00 am and goes to bed around
8:30-9:00pm. She gets 2 naps a day and gets played with whenever she needs
it (not in scool). She dies even on the weekends when i watch her every
move. Help Us!!!!!!!!
