Version 3 to Launch Along With Tamagotchi
Town. Bandai announced the launch of TamagotchiTown to
interact with the new Version 3 Tamagotchi. Players can go online with their official Tamagotchi passport, shop,
eat, watch a movie, and travel the world. With passwords, they can collect special items and treats. Version 3
will include three new games (5 games total) and 20 new characters (52 characters total). The latest Tamagotchi

Version 2. 20 Feb 2005 press release in advance of the New York Toy Fair. Bandai will be adding the ability
to earn "gotchi points" used to shop for special treats, items and food. Also added are secret codes and special
two-packs, called Tamagotchi Connection Best Friends Forever. Suggested list price for Version 2 was announced as

screensavers, and send e-cards! Look for the third code in Toy Wishes holiday
magazine, which will lead you back to our Web site. Good hunting...it's hidden! The
